What Privileges Do You Have?

Updating your information: You can access or update your personal data by using our mobile applications or you can send us a request to our email support@bodaty.com. It will take 4 weeks to process a transaction after placing the request.

Accessing or Deleting your information: You have the right to request for all your personal information across the system. You can make a request for deleting all your information across our system. Completing your request may 4 weeks or more.

Geo-Location and In-Store Location

You can prevent your mobile device from sharing your location by choosing don’t allow button on Application or you can prevent it by disabling the location sharing on your mobile settings.

Uninstall Personal Writer Application

You can also stop all further collection of personal information by Personal Writer mobile application by uninstalling Personal Writer Application from your mobile device.

Note: If you uninstall the mobile application from your device, the Personal Writer unique identifier associated with your device will continue to be stored. If you re-install the application on the same device,Personal Writer will be able to associate with this identifier to your previous transactions and activities.

Analytics Services:

We may use Graph view plotting libraries and other analytical services for providing services that analyze very important revenue information and collecting feedback through ratings and reviews.

How we secure your information?

We take privacy very seriously and work on shielding your information during the process of transmission by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This enables the encryption of all the personal data across Samyata System. We made sure all the object data and metadata is encrypted under 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard.

We always maintain administrative,technical,physical protective measures to safeguard your personal information.When we collect or transmit sensitive information such as a credit or debit card number, we use industry standard methods to protect that information. However no mobile application is completely hacker proof so,it’s important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Bodaty has implemented and maintains reasonable security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, acquisition, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. Additionally, Bodaty requires that all of its partners or affiliates that may have access to your data have agreed to implement and maintain reasonable security measures to similarly keep any data shared by Bodaty confidential. Further, should any potential or actual breach occur, Bodaty has a dedicated team to respond to such breach and will keep you informed as necessary to maintain your privacy.
